A. Council Resolution #28 of 2007 authorizing the City of Auburn to place NUCOR Steel Auburn, Inc. fully taxable in Roll Section 1 of the Assessment Roll, effective February 1, 2007.
B. Council Resolution #29 of 2007 authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with the State of New York Department of Economic Development to provide the City of Auburn with matching funds available for administrative services associated with the Auburn Empire Zone Program from the period of July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007.
C. Council Resolution #30 of 2007 approving the recommendation of Unity House to establish and operate an Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) to serve four (4) individuals, located at Prospect Point Apartments, Auburn, New York.
D. Council Resolution #31 of 2007 authorizing and directing the City Manager to sign the Funding Approval/Agreement with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development necessary to further the objectives of the Third Annual Action Plan.
E. Financial Resolution #32 of 2007 authorizing amendment to the 2006-2007 budget to account for proceeds from the parking kiosk on State Street.
F. Council Resolution #33 of 2007 authorizing that Council Resolution #33 of 1995 adopted on February 16, 1995 which required the City of Auburn update their Assessment Rolls every four (4) years be repealed.
G. Council Resolution #34 of 2007 approving the expenditures presented for payment and authorizing the Comptroller to process the payment of same. (ATTACHMENT FORTHCOMING)
H. Financial Resolution #35 of 2007 authorizing the transfer of $25,000 from the Water Contingency Account #F 1990.455 to Water Treatment Account # 8330.440 for the City’s share of the Watershed Inspection Program.
